This behavior is caused by the malfunction on the font settings of MS Word.
To Correct this follow these steps
Step 1: Make sure that the document is unprotected and editable
Step 2: Select the problematic Text
Step 3: Open font settings by clicking the bottom arrow icon
Step 4: Choose the Advanced/ Character spacing tab from the window.
Step 5: Change the spacing option to Normal
Step 6: Click OK
Once you have done this the text will appear correctly.(if it not please close the document and open it again).
