How To Fix ASUS ZenFone 2 LASER(Ze550kl 2GB variant) update Error.?

After upgrading the firmware of Asus ZenFone 2 LASER into Marshmallow some users experiencing few errors like they were not able to install any updates due to the recovery error.

Follow these simple steps to fix your Ze550kl device.

Step 1 : Download latest firmware from Asus's official site and place it in your Phone's memory card. -Download
Step 2 : Download adb drivers -Download
Step 3 : Download the ZIP file which contains Adb, FASTBOOT and recovery.img -Download
Step 4 : install ADB Drivers
Step 5 : extract the downloaded zip files
Step 6 : Enter into FASTBOOT mode and connect it to the pc using USB data cable.
Step 7 : open the batch file from the extracted folder and wait for few seconds to complete the flashing process then reboot your phone by holding power button for few minutes .
Step 8 : Enter into recovery mode and then update your firmware by choosing the downloaded official_firmware.zip from the memory card and reboot your Device after successful upgrading.
